Website operation and security
This website is provided through Wix. Technical connection data, including IP address, time, requested address and browser and device details, are processed to deliver and secure the website, resolve errors and prevent abuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation. Strictly necessary device storage is based on section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. Further information is available on our Cookies & Tracking page.
Contact and partnership enquiries
We process the contact and business details you provide, the enquiry type and your message. Partnership enquiries may also include professional experience, expertise, location, website and collaboration proposals. Wix Forms transmits and stores submissions in the protected forms area of the existing Wix account. The website owner receives a notification.
The purposes are responding to your enquiry, assessing potential collaboration and taking pre-contractual steps you request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you personally initiate a contractual relationship, or Article 6(1)(f) for business enquiries as an organisation’s representative. Our legitimate interest is appropriate handling of business communication.
Required fields are identified. We need your name, a reachable email address and sufficient information to respond meaningfully. Other details are voluntary. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing. Please do not submit patient, health or other sensitive third-party data.
Wix uses its spam filter and, where necessary, reCAPTCHA to prevent abusive submissions. Technical device, network and interaction data may be processed for this purpose. A security check may be required before submission.
Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to the website owner and authorised persons who need the information to handle your enquiry. Technical providers include Wix for hosting, forms and notifications, and Google for the connected business email account. Providers process data within their contractual tasks and applicable data-processing arrangements.
Providers operate international infrastructure. Processing outside the European Economic Area may take place, particularly in Israel and the United States. An applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, particularly EU Standard Contractual Clauses, govern such transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
We do not sell personal data for advertising. Enquiries are not automatically distributed to a partner network. Any required involvement of other specialists is addressed within the specific collaboration.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to handle them, perform an agreed engagement or establish, exercise or defend specific legal claims. Completed enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted during periodic record reviews unless statutory retention duties or concrete legal claims require continued storage.
Business and accounting records subject to statutory retention are retained for the legally prescribed periods, generally seven years. Technical logs and backups follow their security and recovery purposes and the providers’ retention cycles; they are not used as permanent marketing profiles. Deletion from active systems may take effect in technically separate backups later.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.

We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or automatically admit or assess partners.
Marketing and external content
This website does not provide a newsletter, advertising pixels or remarketing. Language selection is determined by the address of the language version. External websites open only when you follow a link and are subject to their operators’ privacy policies.
