Each mandate starts with a written scope, named accountable lead, agreed deliverables, decision rights, resources and reporting. Required specialists, qualifications and regulatory conditions are verified before work is accepted. The client retains ownership decisions and responsibilities not expressly and lawfully assigned; medical decisions remain with authorised professionals.

We begin with the situation and decision ahead, then agree the brief, information required, deliverables, timing, fee and accountable people. There are no public fixed fee promises or automatic onward commitments.
